Both the local and central government teams have plans to expand further early next year.<br \/>\n<strong>September:<\/strong> We opened our<strong>\u00a0first regional office in Newcastle<\/strong>\u00a0to serve NHS clients across the region! Long serving Keystream Associate Director Heather Gordon has made a fantastic start, building a new team and partnering with key north east NHS Trusts.<br \/>\n<strong>November: <\/strong>Our Life Sciences division has seen huge growth over the past year. Manager Natalie has expanded her team to work with <strong>clients in the <a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/keystream-insights\/\">USA<\/a><\/strong>, a region that accounted for 48% of the global market in 2020. \u00a0We\u2019re expecting great things in 2023!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frameworks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a framework approved recruitment partner, customers know we are a supplier they can trust. Each year we undergo rigorous audits to ensure consistent quality, transparent &amp; fair pricing and social value contribution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>January: <\/strong>Keystream was awarded a place on the (local government resourcing partnership) <strong>LGRP framework<\/strong>\u00a0for interim hiring for the first time!<br \/>\n<strong>July:\u00a0<\/strong> We passed audits for the <strong>Crown Commercial Supplier<\/strong>\u00a0framework RM6160, held since 2014 and RM6229 covering contract and permanent hiring.<br \/>\n<strong>November: <\/strong>We retained our G-Cloud framework place for the sixth consecutive year &#8211; <strong>G-Cloud 13<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment delivery performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of course, the thing that matters most to our customers is our ability to deliver. For clients &#8211; excellent staff, on time, on budget through a hassle-free, seamless service. For job seekers &#8211; great oportunities and smooth administration.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, we have had our busiest, and most productive, year to date, supporting the NHS, public and private sectors as they recover post-covid.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>460\u00a0successful placements<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Worked with over 100 clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>More than 30 brand new clients for this year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Increased turnover by an incredible 33%!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team milestones<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>February:<\/strong>\u00a0We were\u00a0<strong>shortlisted for 3<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/the-best-recruitment-agency-to-work-for-is-keystream\/\">Recruiter Investing in Talent<\/a> awards and WON one of them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Best Recruitment Company to work for (20 \u2013 49 people) &#8211;\u00a0<strong>WINNERS<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Best Employee Communications<\/li>\n<li>Best Workplace Environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>March: <\/strong>Shortlisted and <strong>WON two awards<\/strong>\u00a0run by our apprenticeships partner, Apprenticeship Connect<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employer of the Year<\/li>\n<li>Employers Choice \u2013 an individual award for Accounts Assistant James Milne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year, we have strengthened our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/meet-the-team\/\">leadership team<\/a>\u00a0as we look to expand in 2023 with an experienced Non-Executive Director, a Director for our Government division and a People Director<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve\u00a0<strong>grown our team by 20%\u00a0<\/strong>year on year, improving diversity in the process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Women Directors &#8211; increased from 14% to 38%<\/li>\n<li>Apprentices have doubled<\/li>\n<li>Ethnic diversity &#8211;\u00a0increased from 11% to 19%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Long service and promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re proud of our culture, career progression and recognition \u2013 some of the reasons we have\u00a0<strong>industry leading staff retention!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year, we celebrated some major work anniversaries &#8211; \u00a0including five people with\u00a0<strong>seven or more years of service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And, we\u2019ve<strong>\u00a0promoted over 20%\u00a0<\/strong>of our people across all functions including two to Associate Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Value<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Team satisfaction surveys reveal giving back is really important to our teams and we have a history of enthusiastic charity support. After a team vote, Hestia was chosen as our 2022 Charity of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Our team activities raised over \u00a33750 for Hestia and some of us also got to volunteer on their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/keystream-at-hestias-big-day-out\/\">Big Day Out<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We partner with<strong>\u00a0Ecologi,<\/strong>\u00a0planting a tree for each placement and off-setting emissions generated. To date, we&#8217;ve planted<strong>\u00a01800 trees<\/strong>\u00a0and we have\u00a0<strong>offset 13 tonnes of carbon emissions<\/strong>\u00a0in 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our much-valued\u00a0<strong>Keystream culture<\/strong>\u00a0reflects the camaraderie and support we have as a team. We take the opportunity to get together socially, both in our teams and as a whole business.<\/p>\n<p>2022 has seen a welcome return to company socials and activities after the restrictions of covid.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 year vision\u00a0and team building at Tewkesbury in the Cotswolds where we competed in\u00a0It\u2019s a knockout, laser shooting and segways.<\/li>\n<li>Team events \u2013 including escape rooms, cocktail making, shuffleboard and Flight Club<\/li>\n<li>Christmas charity day<\/li>\n<li>And finally, a triumphant return to the Keystream Christmas Party<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>An exciting 2023!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2023 promises to be\u00a0bigger and better!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Investment will see headcount growth, new systems,\u00a0infrastructure and marketing \u2013 all enabling our teams to focus on delivering\u00a0<strong>exceptional customer service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And, we\u2019ll be bringing <a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/data-analytics-agency\/\">Keystream Analytics<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/key-stream.com\/public-sector-consulting\/\">Keystream Consulting<\/a> closer, working to deliver an \u2018all in one\u2019 suite of services to customers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are incredibly proud of what the team has achieved this year \u2013 from the \u2018front line\u2019 recruitment consultants to the \u2018engine room\u2019 business support teams.
