2022 \u2013 what a year it\u2019s been!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

From awards to promotions, new offices to new clients and some milestone anniversaries, it\u2019s been a year of change, transformation and growth at Keystream.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here are some of our highlights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Business Milestones<\/h3>\n

Expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n

August: <\/strong>New hires meant we more than doubled\u00a0headcount<\/strong>\u00a0in our government division. Both the local and central government teams have plans to expand further early next year.
\nSeptember:<\/strong> We opened our\u00a0first regional office in Newcastle<\/strong>\u00a0to serve NHS clients across the region! Long serving Keystream Associate Director Heather Gordon has made a fantastic start, building a new team and partnering with key north east NHS Trusts.
\nNovember: <\/strong>Our Life Sciences division has seen huge growth over the past year. Manager Natalie has expanded her team to work with clients in the USA<\/a><\/strong>, a region that accounted for 48% of the global market in 2020. \u00a0We\u2019re expecting great things in 2023!<\/p>\n

Frameworks<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a framework approved recruitment partner, customers know we are a supplier they can trust. Each year we undergo rigorous audits to ensure consistent quality, transparent & fair pricing and social value contribution.<\/p>\n

January: <\/strong>Keystream was awarded a place on the (local government resourcing partnership) LGRP framework<\/strong>\u00a0for interim hiring for the first time!
\nJuly:\u00a0<\/strong> We passed audits for the Crown Commercial Supplier<\/strong>\u00a0framework RM6160, held since 2014 and RM6229 covering contract and permanent hiring.
\nNovember: <\/strong>We retained our G-Cloud framework place for the sixth consecutive year – G-Cloud 13<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Recruitment delivery performance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, the thing that matters most to our customers is our ability to deliver. For clients – excellent staff, on time, on budget through a hassle-free, seamless service. For job seekers – great oportunities and smooth administration.<\/p>\n

In 2022, we have had our busiest, and most productive, year to date, supporting the NHS, public and private sectors as they recover post-covid.<\/p>\n
