A Customer Service Expeditor is needed for the National Distribution Centre of a large private hospital group to support over 30 hospitals and clinics. The role is initially a 3 month Fixed-Term Contract but has potential to move to a full-time permanent role. The salary offered for this role is £20,000 per annum or £10.10 per hour. The role is based in Droitwich, Worcestershire, with the successful candidate expected to be on-site 5 days a week.

Some of the core responsibilities of this role include:
•    Facilitate the flow of materials to and from the National Distribution Centre in Droitwich, making sure that the right materials arrive at the Centre in a timely manner.
•    Work with vendors directly on a daily basis to make sure accurate and on time delivery of goods is maintained.
•    Provide exceptional customer service to over 30 hospitals in relation to the ordering and supply of medical consumables.
•    Work alongside Accounts Payable and Procurement Departments in resolving invoice queries relating to orders placed to suppliers. 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to easily prioritise multiple tasks. Key skills required for this role include:
•    Experience within a batch order processing environment and supply chain is preferable.
•    Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft packages.
•    Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
•    A can-do approach and must possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify alternative solutions to problems. 
•    Relentless in exceeding customer expectations 
•    Good communication skills are essential for this role. 
•    Must be able to work as part of a team, working within a high-pressure environment.
