The IT Service Desk Technician is needed for a private healthcare group with a passion for clinical excellence and offering a fresh approach to healthcare. The company is looking for a candidate that can provide hands on IT support in the office to assist senior level staff, and to be self-sufficient in managing the needs of the office.


The core responsibilities of the role include:

Logging incidents and service requests via telephone and email for both on-site and remote users

Supporting Windows OS platform, including Windows 7 and Windows 10

Supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft 2010

Local support for meeting toom AV, VC and Projectors

End User Device hardware and software troubleshooting


The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to set personal objectives that support the business and the personal motivation to deliver high quality results.


Other key skills include:

Active Directory Platform

3+ years experience working in a similar role

1+ years experience of Service Desk toolsets

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication and written skills
