An exciting IT Service Manager opportunity has arisen for an experienced industry professional. This organisation has a strong brand in the market that puts their patients at the core of the business values. You will be accountable for delivering high quality, robust, continually measured and improving IT Services across the organisation. The role is to provide strategic and operational solutions to the organisation. This is a hybrid permanent position, based in London, and it offers £65,000. Here are some of the responsibilities you would be working on:
- Significant customer services skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Working with the Head of IT Programmes & Support to ensure solutions fit for the organisation.
- Manage IT partnerships that respond to service consumer incidents and requests, and monitor system stability, and performance.
- Direct IT support strategies and lead contract requirements for new/existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain operational level agreements to define the scope and depth of duties by internal technology support teams.
- Financial management of IT Service Management budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, People), including financial planning, budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
- Significant hands-on experience of ServiceNow (ITSM) platform and able to set out a road map for continued improvement and development.
