A Senior Office Administrator is needed for one of the UK’s largest charities dedicating to support the nation-based team by providing high quality, efficient and effective administrative assistance for the successful running of operations within the nation. This is an on-site permanent position that is working 28 hours a week and can be flexible, and it offers £19,200.
The principle of a Senior Office Administrator is assisting the Facilities Managers for all property and health and safety matters. You are accountable for delivering support to enable volunteers, employees, and other stakeholders to work in a secure and well managed environment. If you have experience working in a charity sector and worked in risk assessment, we want to hear from you.

- Managing a safe and efficient office environment, to ensure maintenance schedule of equipment, routines and being organised.
- Managing data, information and keeping knowledge relevant by being the first point of contact for existing and new users and health professionals guaranteeing personal data is precise and used in accordance with GDPR principles.
- Providing high quality, efficient and effective administrative support to assist staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word)
- Organised individual
- Experience of working as part of a team, as well as independently
