We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the new Local Government Resourcing Partnership (LGRP) framework from November 2021 for lot 1.

The framework provides a way of ensuring that suppliers are proven to offer an efficient, cost-effective and compliant service. It ensures fair pricing, with transparent, pre-set fee structures.

To be accepted onto the framework, Keystream underwent a rigorous evaluation by LGRP which included evidence of our expertise, track record of delivery, commitment to equality and diversity and customer satisfaction levels.

Keystream has been awarded onto lot 1, the provision of executive and interim recruitment. Under the leadership of Karima Dakhama, Divisional Manager for Local Government, our teams will be focusing on the delivery of senior level digital transformation, analytics and project management talent. Karima commented:

“The LGRP allows local authorities and councils to have complete confidence in Keystream as a supplier. They trust the process, know it delivers value for money and provides access to expertise. We are very excited to be part of this respected procurement framework and are looking forward to helping more local authorities find exceptional digital talent.”

A major supplier to the public sector since inception, Keystream has worked through various frameworks for many years, including Crown Commercial Supplier (CCS), G-Cloud and HealthTrust Europe (HTE), and the LGRP is a natural next step as we seek to grow the Local Government Division.

As an equality and diversity recruitment partner, Keystream’s own values align well with those of our clients in local government and the wider public sector. We are very familiar with public sector processes, budgets, compliance and the high quality of service expected - all factors which helped to secure our place on the framework and make us the natural choice of recruitment partner for local government departments.
