Keystream is delighted to have been shortlisted in three categories in the Recruitment Investing in Talent awards, run by leading industry commentators, Recruiter Magazine.
The awards celebrate recruitment businesses that recognise the value in investing in its current and future talent, for example by building a strong company culture, supporting learning and development or creating an inclusive working environment.
We’ve been shortlisted in the following categories:
- Best Recruitment Company to work for 20 – 49 employees
- Best Employee Communications
- Best Workplace Environment
Keystream’s inclusion in the shortlists is the result of our efforts to provide a supportive, connected and inclusive environment for colleagues throughout the pandemic and lockdown periods. We were able to transition many of our live events to virtual ones, for example our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion 'lunch & learn's, and provided extra help and support to all colleagues who needed it, such as new apprentices.
It also recognises the tremendous commitment and flexibility our teams showed to a largely NHS client base during the extreme challenges of the past year or so. NHS clients were under huge pressure to deliver projects at breakneck speed to support the roll-out of testing and vaccination programmes. Our teams worked incredibly hard to source and onboard talent to tight budgets and deadlines to make sure they were able to staff and deliver critical work.
