The Best Recruitment Agency to Work for is…. Keystream!

It’s official! We have been crowned the Best Recruitment Agency To Work For of our size!

The Recruiter Investing In Talent awards ceremony took place this week, celebrating the best employers in the recruitment business.

Shortlisted for 3 awards, we came away with the highly prized Best Recruitment Agency To Work For – Small 20 – 49 employees.

It’s a fantastic achievement! We were up against extremely tough competition on the shortlist.

“We are incredibly proud to win this award. Our teams have worked extremely hard throughout the pandemic, and this demonstrates our commitment to them, and our networks, during that time.” Said Johnny Stein, Director & Co-Founder.”

What the judges said

Award entries are judged by a panel of industry experts from top global and UK companies, who look objectively at the merits of each during a rigorous assessment process.

Here’s why they thought Keystream deserved to win:

“Keystream were very supportive of their staff during Covid, with proactive measures in place to support their wellbeing, which included relaxing targets and putting non-urgent projects on hold. Staff who were parents could also reduce their hours to support home-schooling without loss of pay. Overall, their benefits package is impressive. The judges were impressed by firms that participated in the externally accredited system Investors in People and scored above the industry averages.”

The judges also mentioned our:

  • Comprehensive onboarding programme
  • Introduction of EDI Champion roles
  • Record on internal promotion
  • Successful apprenticeship programme
  • Annual social events and team activities
  • The work we did for our NHS client base during Covid

The Awards ceremony

What a night! The team from Recruiter Magazine and the venue team put on a fantastic event, this year hosted by Ben Hanlin who provided some excellent ‘magical’ entertainment.

“After a couple of years of very limited opportunities to network because of covid, this year’s awards celebration was particularly special. The Brewery is a venue that always delivers, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Of course, the win made it a particularly memorable night for us!” said Andrew Jukes, Director & Co-Founder.

A huge thank you to the judging panel, Recruiter Magazine & Editor DeeDee and The Brewery and congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted entrants.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!
