INTERMEDIARY OR UMBRELLA COMPANY PAY INFORMATION

• Keystream Group will fund your assignments but you will be paid through an intermediary or umbrella company - a third-party organisation responsible for calculating your taxes and other deductions, subsequently disbursing your earnings for the work completed on behalf of the hiring entity.
• The earnings generated from your assignments will be transferred to the umbrella company as part of their income, and they will, in turn, remit your wages to you.
• A detailed breakdown of all deductions that may impact your wage can be found under the "Pay Information and Deductions" section in each respective Key Information Document.
• Please reach out to your selected umbrella company should you have any questions or concerns regarding these deductions.
• Your payslip may display you as an employee of the chosen umbrella company.
