I’ve worked in IT for over 40 years across public and private sectors, including more than 20 in healthcare. I’ve held a range of roles, but delivery is where I do my best work — turning complex challenges into outcomes that deliver measurable value.

Now a Delivery Programme Manager in a consulting environment, I help clients deliver complex change with clarity, pace and confidence. My approach is pragmatic and delivery-focused, combining experience with an understanding of the digital landscape to drive sustainable results.

Public sector work is especially important to me. It’s where I can help improve citizen and patient experiences while supporting better value for public spend. Strong delivery relies on strong relationships. I work in partnership with clients to understand their needs, solve problems together and deliver lasting impact.

Outside of work, I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist — something that balances my long-standing obsession with magic and reinforces my belief that delivery is as much about people as process.
