I specialise in Local Government technology recruitment, partnering with councils to deliver critical digital, data, and operational hires. I have nine years’ experience in the public sector, starting my career in the Qualified Social Work market before moving into Local Government DDAT recruitment in 2022.
I have built and scaled Local Government desks from the ground up, working closely with hiring managers across digital transformation, infrastructure, data, cyber security, applications, and programme delivery. My approach is considered and consultative. I take the time to listen, understand what my clients actually need, and then offer clear, practical solutions that stand up in delivery. I am not always the loudest in the room, but I am always paying attention.
Alongside contract recruitment, I also support councils with fixed-term and permanent hiring, giving clients flexibility across short-term delivery and longer-term capability building.
I joined Keystream to work within a high-performing Local Government practice and alongside people who take the same pragmatic, delivery-led approach to recruitment. The strength of the team and the culture here allow me to do my job properly and deliver better outcomes for both clients and candidates.
About me: Long-suffering Tottenham fan and season ticket holder. London Marathon finisher in 2025 and currently training for the Milton Keynes Marathon. Born and bred in Hertfordshire and commuting into London for the past nine years. Big music fan, mainly house music, and a regular visitor to Ibiza.
