Specialising in NHS DDaT recruitment, historically across the Midlands, with three years’ experience supporting NHS Trusts and more recently across digital transformation programmes. I pride myself on being honest, straightforward and easy to work with, focusing on building long term relationships.

I have supported EPR programmes from initial scoping conversations through to building full delivery teams, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the right people are in place. For me, it is about adding real value and helping NHS organisations strengthen their digital capability in a way that genuinely makes a difference.

Over the past few years, I have built a strong network and developed trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, staying close to the market and always open to a conversation.

About me:
I love food and travelling and am always looking for an excuse to explore somewhere new. I am very social and come from a big family, so most of my time outside work is spent with friends and family, usually centred around good food. I am also into fragrance and probably own more than I need!
