In my dual role, I’m proud to lead Keystream’s exceptional Compliance, Systems, and Marketing functions, while also supporting the development of our portfolio of Recruitment, Managed Services, and Consulting solutions.

My approach is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a passionate focus on improving how services are delivered. I’m a strong advocate for embracing technology and for developing and empowering professional, expert individuals who can make a real and lasting impact for our clients.

I bring 15 years of experience in the recruitment and services sector — from managing a large DDaT recruitment division in London, to establishing and leading tender and bid functions, developing national strategies to utilise frameworks totalling over £35 million in annual spend, project managing the implementation of CRMs and integrated applications, and scoping and launching new service lines.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family. I’m an avid F1 fan, gamer, follower of Leicester Tigers and Liverpool FC, and an enthusiastic — albeit below-par — darts player.
