With over 15 years in healthcare, I hope to bring a unique blend of clinical insight, operational leadership, and strategic consultancy to Keystream. I’ve been fortunate to have worked across public and private sectors, partnering with patients, NHS teams, and digital experts to drive impactful, system-wide change. My core focus is helping NHS Trusts implement and optimise digital systems that deliver lasting value but fundamentally supporting the transformation and improvement of the patient experience. Over the past six years in consultancy, I’ve supported organisations to move beyond tech rollouts, embedding sustainable transformation aligned with clinical and operational priorities. I take a relationship-first approach, working closely with leaders, frontline teams, and delivery partners to build trust, align goals, and deliver meaningful outcomes. I’m driven by a commitment to measurable impact, improving experiences for patients, staff, and the wider system.
